First & second floor: The house has 5 bedrooms with air-conditioning, including 4 family suites, and can accommodate up to 10 adults (5 couples) and 5 children.
- Family room 1: 1 double bed (140x200), 2 bunk beds, desk, wardrobe, 2 armchairs; Private bathroom: bath, double washbasin, towel dryer & WC; Please note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6. 
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200 or 2x80x200), wardrobe, armchair; Private bathroom: shower, washbasin & WC;
- Family room 3: 1 double bed (160x200), small door then 2 children beds (2x80x200), wardrobe, armchair; Private bathroom: shower, basin & WC; Access to the bathroom is through the children's room.
- Family room 4: 1 double bed (160x200 or 2x80x200), 2 pull-out beds separated by a small door, wardrobe, 2 chairs; Private bathroom: shower, basin & WC; Access to the bathroom is through the children's room.
- Family room 5: 1 double bed (160x200), small door then 2 children beds (2x75x175); Private bathroom: bath, washbasin, towel dryer & WC; Access to the bathroom is through the children's room.

OUTSIDE (about 6000 m²):
- Parking for 6 cars, electric gate;
- Large garden of about 5000m²: 1000m² of enclosed garden in front of the house + 4000m² around the pool
- Large shaded terrace in front of the Mill, gas hotplate, 20 chairs;
