Slow Provence is a Provence-based property agency specialising in holiday rental. Each year we are looking for new, high-quality holiday homes to satisfy the growing demand from our holiday-making customers, who are primarily from abroad.

Compared with the enormous impersonal websites listing tens of thousands of rental properties in no particular order, we have made the decision to remain a small, local agency of human dimensions. We know all of our owners personally and it is important to us to work with you in complete confidence, with respect for all parties involved.

Specialists in the Mont Ventoux region of the Vaucluse, we select properties of our portfolio based on several criteria:

  • the property's comfort, inside and outside;
  • quality of the surroundings, with no nuisance noise, etc.;
  • authenticity and charm of the location;
  • quality of service;
  • owner involvement in a sustainable tourism approach;
  • prices in relation to the services offered;

Our services include:

  • advice on refurbishment and furnishing suitable for rental;
  • photo tour of your property with professional equipment;
  • your property uploaded onto our website, in French and English;
  • advertising in various international publications;
  • the sales relationship with tenants (handling requests by email and telephone, selecting tenants);
  • the administrative management of bookings (preparing and signing rental contracts, handling payments, etc.);
  • the preparation of the arrival paperwork;
  • reception of tenants with welcome presents if this option has been selected;
  • availability and assistance 7 days a week in season, to help you in the event of a problem;

Based in Bedoin in Provence, close to the villas for rent, we can also offer you a "turn-key" service for on-site rental management, whereby we take care of welcoming tenants, inventories, cleaning and laundry between rentals etc. and we can even help you to find a trades person for your building, garden or pool maintenance.

Depending on your requirements, we will offer you different contract types to together find a tailor-made solution that is best suited to your situation.
