As a real estate professional, SLOW PROVENCE provides all the necessary guarantees to operate the business, offering owners and vacationers a reliable booking service and rigorous rental management.

RATES

Our fees range from 17% to 30% VAT included (20% VAT) of the rental price, depending on the type of mandate chosen:

  • Exclusive rental mandate: 17% VAT included

  • Standard rental mandate: 20% VAT included

  • Rental mandate with concierge service: 30% VAT included

Agency fees are included in the displayed rental prices and are the responsibility of the tenant.
