Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in complete peace and with no overlooking neighbours, the villa offers a lovely elevated sunset view. With its two wings arranged on either side of the living area, the layout of the house is ideal for accommodating two families: each family enjoys its own private space, consisting of two bedrooms with bathroom and WC. Please note: the four bedrooms, all of equal and balanced quality, offer 4-star hotel comfort (high-end bedding and bed linen, television, desk, fan, ducted air conditioning) and can accommodate up to 9 guests in total.
