Rental villa with air-conditioned rooms and heated swimming pool in the South of France
Villa Farigoulette is located between Carpentras and Caromb, in a very quiet residential area far from any noise. On a perfectly fenced land of 2000m² hosting a pleasant garden, this traditionally built villa has all the assets for a comfortable vacation in the South of France.
INSIDE (around160 m²):
Groud Floor:
- Entrance;
- Dining room: table and 8 chairs; open onto the terrace;
- Living room: sofas, TV, fireplace, DVD player, radio; open onto the terrace;
- Kitchen: oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker + drip coffee maker, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, dishwasher; a glass partition separates the kitchen from the dining room;
- Utility room: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron;
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160x200cm) or 2 single beds (2x80x200cm), electric beds, TV, hardwood floor, built-in closets, fan and air-conditioning;
