Master Bedroom, on one side of the living room:

- Ensuite shower room: walk-in shower, double washbasin, hair dryer, toilet;
- Large private dressing room;

Sleeping area on the other side of the living room:
- Bedroom 2 (11m²): queen size bed (160x200cm);
- Bedroom 3 (11 m²): 2 single beds (2x90x200cm), large wardrobe;
- Bathroom (shared between bedrooms 2 and 3): bathtub, washbasin, hair dryer;

- Fully enclosed garden (wall and fence) of approximately 780m²; secured by an electric gate;
- Parking: 4 cars maximum;
