Large Provencal holiday home with pool
"Mas Provence" is located halfway between the villages of Mornas and Uchaux, in the north-west of the Vaucluse in the Rhône valley. The farmhouse lies on a completely enclosed 3000m2 parcel of land and was fully renovated in 2012 .
INSIDE (215m²):
Ground floor:
- Dining room: table, 18 chairs; fireplace;
- Living room: 3 sofas, 2 large armchairs, coffee table, TV, radio, hi-fi system;
- Kitchen: gas hob (5 burners) with electric oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, American fridge/freezer;
- Utility room: fridge, wine cellar, washing machine;
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200cm), wardrobe ;view of the garden; Ensuite shower room: shower, washbasin, and toilet;
