✨ Your main tasks:
This versatile role combines customer relations, administrative management, and digital communication . Responsibilities will vary depending on the season.
During the season, duties include: travel advisor / customer service representative
- Possessing a great sense of hospitality and service , you will be in constant contact with holiday clients and villa owners (by telephone, email and physical reception);
- To handle booking requests by phone and email, you must listen carefully to the customer to understand their needs and respond appropriately to their request;
- Rigorous and organized , you will then handle the files from A to Z, from taking the reservation to organizing the arrivals/departures of the weekend;
- Welcoming and with good interpersonal skills , you will receive holidaymakers upon their arrival at the houses, after having carefully checked the preparation of the accommodation.
- During the stay, you remain available and proactive in finding solutions to problems efficiently with the ultimate goal of always satisfying the client.
- At the end of the stay, methodical and with an eye for detail , you are responsible for the inventory checks in the villas.
During the off-season, your responsibilities will shift towards communication, digital marketing, and content creation . To improve Slow Provence's visibility and online reputation, you will participate in:
- the ongoing improvement and updating of the site,
- the creation of content for social networks and print communication materials,
- regarding the processing of customer reviews,
- the implementation of email campaigns.
At the crossroads of customer relations, fieldwork and digital technology, you are a true Swiss Army knife , capable of efficiently alternating between customer relations, administrative management of reservations and digital communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
🏡 Customer relations / Booking management :
- Fluency in English is required , a third language ( Dutch/German ) is a plus;
- Impeccable organization and effective management of priorities.
- Versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
- Initiative and autonomy.
- Excellent level of French (good spelling and clear diction)
📢 Communication & Marketing:
- Good knowledge of marketing and digital communication (web writing, content strategy, SEA-SEO, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media and understanding of current trends.
- Creating attractive content (text, photos, videos) with an aesthetic sense
Personal qualities:
- Proactive, solution-oriented and organized
- Team spirit and good humor.
- Excellent memory and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to quickly refocus.

🔑 Desired profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree level (Tourism, Hospitality, Applied Foreign Languages, Business, Marketing, Communication, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, Communication, Customer Relations etc.
- A driver's license and personal vehicle are required to travel between houses.

👉What we offer:
- Permanent contract – Full-time , 35 hours/week , starting early 2026
- Hours : 5 days/week, work on Saturdays and some Sundays (paid at a 30% to 50% premium)
- Remote work possible 1 day/week off-season
