The Mont Ventoux Ascent
If you have decided to take up the challenge and face the legendary slopes of the Giant of Provence, bear in mind that it demands the appropriate physical preparation. Beneath the blazing sun, with inclines of over 10%, the Mont Ventoux ascent by bike is a brutal effort, and accidents are commonplace, so be careful!

Bike Park du Mont Ventoux Sud mountain-biking park
As the summit of Mont Ventoux is a protected site, mountain-biking is strictly supervised. The Bike Park du Mont Ventoux is a mountain-biking site comprising 3 mountain-biking descent routes, a Pumptrack and a Skills Centre. The mountain-biking park is equipped with a mechanical lift (as with skiing, you perch on it while standing up on the pedals).
