This pretty villa, just a stone's throw from the centre of the village of Bédoin, awaits you for your holidays with family or friends . A well-kept and fully enclosed exterior features a beautiful heated swimming pool and a shaded terrace.
Inside, fully air-conditioned, 3 beautiful bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, modern decoration and all the comfort necessary to fully enjoy your holidays in Provence.
INSIDE (130m²):
- Large entrance with space for 6 bicycles;
- Utility room: washer-dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board;
- Living room: large sofa, armchair, coffee table, large TV, pellet stove;
- Veranda: 2 armchairs and coffee table;
- Dining room (open to the living room): table and 6 chairs;
- Open kitchen: American fridge-freezer, sink, Kalerm bean-to-cup coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob (4 burners) with grill and oven, microwave; central island: 3 high chairs; direct access to the terrace;
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: king size bed (180x200cm) or 2 single beds (90x200cm), chest of drawers; Ensuite shower room: walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer, toilet;
