This brand-new villa, located on the edge of a quiet residential area near the charming village of Malaucène, offers an ideal setting for your vacation. It features three beautiful bedrooms and a spacious air-conditioned living area, perfect for relaxation. Outside, you can enjoy a private pool and a large garden, perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. Ideally situated, this rental is the perfect starting point for ascending Mont Ventoux via its northern slope.
INSIDE (92m² - single storey):
Entrance into a large living room opening onto the terrace:
- Living room: sofa in L-shape, coffee table, flat screen TV;
- Dining room: table and 6 chairs;
- Kitchen: oven, microwave, electric hob (4 burners), Tassimo and filter coffee machine, toaster, sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer; central island: 2 chairs;
