- Kitchen: filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher, stove with gas hobs (5 burners) and oven; central island: high chair and 3 bar stools;
- Utility room: dryer, washing machine, 3 drying racks, refrigerator, freezer, microwave; additional refrigerator in the garage;
- Living room: large sofa, armchair, nesting coffee table, TV;
- Dining area: large table with 10 chairs, wood stove;
Sleeping area on the first floor:
