Close to the mont-Ventoux, house to rent with heated pool
Mas Eva is located at the end of a cul-de-sac near the charming village of Saint Pierre de Vassols. Set in a quiet, peaceful, fully-enclosed environment, the Mas has a lovely view of Mont Ventoux and opens onto a beautifully landscaped garden and swimming pool on the south side.
INSIDE (about 280m²):
Ground floor:

- Living room: sofa, armchair, coffee table; opens onto the terrace;
- Dining room: table and 8 chairs, radio; opens onto the terrace;
- Open-plan kitchen: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, sink, induction hob (4 rings), toaster, cellar;
- Utility room: fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, ironing board and iron, storage space;
- Separate toilet;
