Nice house with private heated pool, garden, near to the center of Mormoiron

On the edge of the village of Mormoiron at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Villa Fanny is the ideal base for exploring the region. Welcoming and comfortable, the house is located in a peaceful area close to all amenities. A large, well-kept garden in the middle of which is the private heated swimming pool, a fully-equipped pool house for outdoor meals... everything you need for a wonderful holiday in the sun!

INSIDE (approx. 135m² - single-storey):

- Fitted kitchen : dishwasher, sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine + filters, induction hobs (4 burners), oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment; access to terrace;
