A large, spacious villa bathed in light, La Crillonnaise is sure to make your holiday a success. The villa has air conditioning and 5 comfortable bedrooms. The perfectly landscaped exterior is perfect for relaxing.
INSIDE (about 250m²):
Ground floor:
- Entrance: separate toilet;
- Kitchen: fridge, freezer, toaster, Senseo, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, microwave, electric oven; central island: induction hobs (4 burners), sink, dishwasher, 4 high chairs; terrace access;
- Dining room: table and 8 chairs;
- Living room: 2 sofas, TV, Bose speaker, radio; terrace access;
- Garage: washing machine, can be used as a secure bicycle room;
Sleeping area on the ground floor:
- Bedroom 1 (15.50m²): queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe; Esnuite shower room: shower, washbasin, heated towel rail;
- Bedroom 2 (24m²): 2 single beds (2x90x200cm), TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers; Ensuite shower room: shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail, separate toilet;
