Le Mas des Vignes is an old stone farmhouse nestled in the heart of nature, set against a hillside just a few kilometers from the lively village of Bédoin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux.
This country house has preserved all the charm of traditional Provençal homes: terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams, stone walls, and wooden doors weathered by time. It offers a rustic and authentic atmosphere, 100% Provence. Surrounded by countryside with no neighbors but sheep and cicadas, come and recharge in peace and sunshine, enjoying the gentle Provençal way of life...

INSIDE (205m²):
Ground floor:
- Furnished kitchen: gas hobs (3 burners), fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine + filter, sink, storage space; direct access to large terrace;
- Dining room with exposed stone wall: extendable table and 10 chairs, speakers, access to courtyard;
- Lounge: 2 sofas, 2 stone benches, TV, wood-burning fireplace;
- Mezzanine above the living room: fitted with a pull-out bed (80x190cm), chest of drawers;
- Utility room: freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, storage space;
- Master bedroom 1 (garden level): king size bed (180x200cm), desk, wardrobe, French window opening onto a small east-facing courtyard with pleasant morning sunshine;
- Shower room: walk-in shower and washbasin;
- Separate toilet;

First level:
From the dining room, a mezzanine landing leads to the 2nd master bedroom:
- Master bedroom 2: queen size bed (160x 200cm), desk, chest of drawers; Ensuite shower room: walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet;

Second level:
As the house backs onto the hill, the second floor is on the same level as the back of the house and the parking area:
- Dormitory: 5 single beds (5x 90x 200cm); large wall cupboards;
- Bathroom 3 (shared by the dormitory and the Pigeonnier): bathtub, shower, double washbasin, towel rail;
- Separate toilet;
- Bedroom 4 called ‘Le pigeonnier ’: 2 single beds (2x90x200cm) or king size bed (180x200cm), small chest of drawers, clothes rack; small air-conditioned room under the roof, accessible via a narrow, steep spiral staircase. Suitable for a young couple or grown-up children;

OUTSIDE:
- Unenclosed plot of 5000m² (no fence); without gate;
- Large parking at the rear of the house: 5 to 6 vehicles; 
- Secure 25m² bicycle storage area;
- Well-exposed, sheltered courtyard (in front of bedroom 1 and the living room): 3 tables, 8 chairs, 2 chiliennes;
- Large terrace under an arbour on the kitchen side: large table, 12 chairs; view of the setting sun for your summer evenings;
- Charcoal barbecue and small electric plancha;
- Porch with swings;
- Possibility to play pétanque (balls provided);

- Private heated swimming pool;

- Shaded pool shelter with garden furniture: sofa and 2 armchairs, bar, small fridge, sink;
NB: The pool is heated from early May to early October.

- Air conditioning in ‘Le Pigeonnier’, the dormitory and master bedroom 2, fans available;
- Removable mosquito nets on all windows;
- Access via a dirt track - Watch out for very low cars!
