This holiday rental cottage is located a stone's throw from the centre of the village of Bedoin, at a 5-minute walk from the restaurants , bakeries and weekly market.

This charming holiday cottage sits on the same plot as the owners' villa, but is not overlooked. From the shared entrance, a small path at the rear of the villa leads to the gîte, which has two parking spaces, a lovely private terrace with views and a garden. The infinity pool is private and heated, with superb views over the village.

INSIDE (70m²-single-storey):

- Living room: 2 leather sofas, coffee table, large TV with DVD player, radio, small buffet, 2 bay windows opening onto the terrace;
- Dining room: table and 4 chairs;
- Kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine + Nespresso, sink;
- Utility room: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes line, ironing board and iron, fryer;
- Bedroom 1 (10m²): 1 double bed (140x190), built-in wardrobe, small safe;
- Bedroom 2 (10m²): 2 single beds (2x90x190) or 1 large double bed (180x190), built-in wardrobe;

- Large private garden of 1500m², not enclosed with direct access to the village through the owners vineyards;

NB: The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

The gîte is located 5 minutes' walk from the village shops (restaurants, market, etc.) and is ideally close to the road leading to Mont Ventoux.
