Villa with heated pool close to Bedoin village
The house is situated on a small wooded hill, close to the village of Bedoin and at the foot of Mont Ventoux. In the shade of towering pines and green oaks, you will find a peaceful and comfortable holilday home with a careful decor and all mod cons.
This holiday home has recently been renovated and extended. It now has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for a total occupancy of 8.
INSIDE (about 160m² - single-storey):
- Entrance: closets;
- Living room: sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, DVD player, bar, bookcase; French window with view on the terrace and pool;
- Dining area: large table, 6 chairs, decorative fire place; access to the terrace;
- Furnished kitchen: fridge with an integrated small freezer, induction hobs (4 burners), oven, dish-washer, sink, micro-waves, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, wine cellar;
One side of the dining room:
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, desk;
- Bedroom 2: 2 bunkbeds (2x90x190cm), wardrobe;
- Bedroom 3: queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe;
- Shower room (shared between bedrooms 1, 2 and 3): walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel dryer; washing machine and dryer;
