This Provençal farmhouse is located in the heart of the countryside, 3 km from the village of Bedoin. Surrounded by vineyards with no immediate neighbors, this charming and authentic house provides a peaceful setting and a superb heated swimming pool for a secluded vacation in the Mont Ventoux region.

INSIDE (145m²):
Ground floor:
- Entrance;
At the right of the entrance:
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe; Ensuite shower room: shower, washbasin, toilet;
At the left of the entrance:
- Furnished kitchen: dishwasher, sink, coffee machines: filter + Nespresso + Senseo, toaster, cooking range Stove (5 burners) with oven, fridge, microwave;
- Dining room: table and 8 chairs;
- Utility room: washing machine, second fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron;
- Living room: sofa, 2 armchairs, fire place (decorative); open onto the terrace;

First floor:
- Second living room (on mezzanine): sofa, TV and DVD player;
- Bedroom 2:  queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, desk;
- Shower room 2 (shared by bedroom 2 & 3): walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet;
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (2x90x200cm) or king size bed (180x200cm), wardrobe;

- Large land about 1ha not fenced, with olive trees and vineyards; secured by a manual gate;
- Parking: 3 cars and car port;
