Between hills and vineyards, with a view of the Dentelles de Montmirail, this welcoming property is ideal for a stay with family or friends to discover Provence. The fully enclosed garden planted with olive trees is perfect for relaxing, and your four-legged pets are welcome too! A haven of peace with a lovely private heated swimming pool close to the village of Beaumes-de-Venise, just waiting for you.
Inside (100m² - single storey):
- Bright dining room: table and 6 chairs; opening onto the terrace;
- Mezzanine: sofa bed for 2 people above the dining room;
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic hobs (4 burners), oven, toaster, Nespresso + piston + Italian coffee makers, kettle, sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge;
- Living room: fireplace, large sofa, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV, library, access to terrace;
On the night area, from the dining room:
- Bedroom 1 (11m²): double bed (140x190cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers; opening onto the terrace and pool;
- Bedroom 2 (10m²): 2 single beds (2x90x190cm), wardrobe;
- Shower room 1: washbasin, shower, towel rail, hairdryer, toilet;
On the other side of the house, through the living room:
- Clearance with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, cupboard, ironing board and iron;
- Shower room 2: shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer;
- Bedroom 3 (12m²): queen size bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers; French window opening onto terrace;
