Family rental with heated pool and air conditioning in Bedoin
La Villa Chez Nicole offre un cadre spacieux et agréable à ses hôtes, avec 4 chambres confortables . À l'extérieur, une piscine chauffée et sécurisée ainsi qu'une terrasse ombragée offrent un lieu paisible pour se détendre . De plus, les chiens sont les bienvenus !
INSIDE (130m²):
Ground floor:
- Entrance: access utility room and garage;
- Utility room: washing machine, ironing board and iron;
- Garage: fridge, freezer, various games, can be used as a secure bike room;
- Dining room: table and 8 chairs; 2 armchairs and a coffee table;
- Living room: 2 sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD player, radio, decorative fireplace; garden access;
- Open-plan kitchen: induction hob (3 burners), dishwasher, sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso + Magimix coffee machine (combined filter or ground coffee), fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave; terrace access;
